Closed vocational school / no email
WES’s verification email cannot reach the school. We can identify who holds the records now, request paper-letter verification, or pre-brief the school’s mailbox.
Mismatched name or passport number
Name changes, romanisation differences, old IDs, school errors. Find the name the school filed with CSSD and prepare a school letter.
Lost certificate or transcript
A diploma lost many years ago can still be verified through the stamping process and communication with CHSI.
Wrong grade on a transcript
A 90 typed as 0, an uncooperative school archive, and a correction made in the end by going around it.
Incomplete · self-study · distance
Unfinished, part-time or adult-education degrees are not “normal” degrees, but there are routes.
Overseas degrees
Ukraine, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand: every country verifies differently.
Joint-programme degrees
Joint degrees not listed on CHSI need a more careful feasibility check.
No Chinese number / ID already used
Registering with an overseas number, or resolving duplicate registration via CSSD’s official WeChat.
