# CHSI / CSSD document retrieval and delivery The first step for evaluating a Chinese degree abroad: obtain authoritative, verifiable proof of your degree and get it to the evaluator. What we handle ## Every step of retrieval ### Online registration record The Ministry of Education online registration record for your graduation certificate, obtained from CHSI. ### Degree verification report The Chinese online degree verification report from the degree centre, covering the degree certificate. ### Transcript verification Verifying transcripts through CHSI/CSSD. When the system cannot auto-read courses and you must enter them one by one, we do it for you. ### Account registration Including registering without a Chinese phone number (codes occasionally fail, so we have fallbacks) and fixing “identification number has been used”. ### Translation and stamping When an English transcript or diploma translation is missing, we translate and ask the school to stamp. ### School email and verification Helping the evaluator reach the school’s mailbox, or arranging paper-letter verification. ### Lost-document routes Even a high-school diploma lost in 1998 was verified; the keys are the stamping process and communicating with the education bureau and CHSI. ### EMS delivery Sending documents from China to the evaluator and tracking receipt.
